Purpose of the role
Sell, restock and merchandise items of the boutique and provide customer service as per standard

Roles and responsibilities

Ensure product knowledge of items at the boutique
Describe product features and details accurately
Recommand and display items that match customer’s needs
Adapt display as per day theme/festivity
Ensure high level of quality services are delivered to guests at all times
Handle and monitor of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action required
Interact with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement
Establish and maintain continuous and fruitful contacts with customers
Answer any query from guests by having a sound knowledge of all items offered for sale
Maintain outstanding store condition on visual merchandising standards
Help and anticipate guests in their choices
Recommend, give advise and guidance on product selection to guests
Promote upselling
Make inventory of equipment and material for stock control
Report any breakage, defect, loss of operating equipments and accessories to Superior
Follow up billing
