At Naturespan.mu, we believe choosing natural, organic and healthy products should feel exciting, welcoming and personal. Our Grand Baie store is more than a shop. It's a place where locals and visitors from around the world come to discover, learn and feel good.

We're looking for a Shop Assistant to be the heart and soul of our store. This is not a typical shop assistant role. You'll be the warm welcome, the trusted advisor, and the reason every customer walks out smiling and comes back again.

Position Overview

• Make every visit memorable by greeting each customer warmly and making them feel genuinely valued from the moment they walk in
• Be a trusted wellness guide who listens carefully and recommends the right organic, natural and healthy products for each person's needs
• Share your enthusiasm for products, ingredients, benefits and how to use them, so customers leave informed and inspired
• Build real relationships with regulars, locals and tourists, turning first-time shoppers into loyal Naturespan fans
• Handle every situation with care and professionalism, resolving questions or concerns quickly and positively
• Keep our store beautiful with inviting displays, well-stocked shelves and a fresh, welcoming atmosphere
• Be our customer's voice by sharing feedback and ideas that help us make the Naturespan experience even better

The Person We Are Looking For

• A natural people person who truly enjoys helping others and creating great experiences
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• An excellent communicator, fluent in English and French, with Kreol Morisien a strong plus 
• Experienced in customer service within retail, hospitality, wellness or tourism
• Curious and passionate about organic products, nutrition, natural beauty or healthy lifestyles
• Positive, proactive and attentive, the kind of person who notices what a customer needs before they ask
• Flexible and dependable, comfortable working a rotating schedule that includes weekends
