Join Cim Finance as a Customer Service Assistant for a three-month adventure, starting from early November 2026 through the end of January 2027, that could turn into something long-term if you shine! This role offers the chance to work across our counters around Mauritius, supporting customers and making their experience smooth and positive during our festive season. 

It is perfect for school leavers, university students on break, or anyone looking for short-term work. Be prepared for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. When applying, remember to tick your preferred work locations. 

Responsibilities:  

• Process and follow up on credit applications and agreements 

• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer journey 

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations 

• Promote and cross-sell CIM Finance products and services 

• Handle payments at the counter (cashiering) 

• Manage and follow up on customer queries, complaints, and requests 

To thrive in this role, you'll need:  

• Minimum academic qualification: SC 

• Prior experience is a plus, but not required – training will be provided 

• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and mall trading hours 

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations 

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
