Job Profile

We are looking for a dynamic Supervisor - Service  who shall coordinate and supervise the workshop and on-customer sites activities (Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance, Diagnostic and Repairs of Products)  by leading a team of Technicians efficiently and profitably whilst ensuring highest quality standards and complete customer satisfaction within approved budget.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Team, Sales Coordinator & Customers to organise and plan the resources for the timely execution of jobs as per priorities and deadline.
• Prepare and issue service providers agreement and ensure signature of concerned parties.
• Develop and implement solutions necessary to ensure increased customer satisfaction.
• Work in collaboration with the tendering team for the preparation of tenders and quotations.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Ensure that customers' requests are being handled and interventions being attended to.
• Attend quickly to emergency call on equipment repair issues, as well as to after work hour calls.
• Any other duties as assigned by the HOD.

Qualifications & Experience

• SC, NTC 3 in Refrigeration / Electrical / Plumbing / Electronic or any relevant qualification.
• At least 5 years of working experience.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders (employees, colleagues, contractors, consultants and clients).
