Are you an organised, detail-focused project professional looking to play a key role in delivering exciting business change and mobilisation projects?

As a Project Support Co-Ordinator, you will support the planning, coordination and successful delivery of mobilisation, transition, transformation and demobilisation projects across multiple business service lines. Working closely with project managers, operational leaders, bid teams and stakeholders, you will help maintain project plans, governance documentation, dashboards and reporting to ensure projects remain on track and objectives are achieved.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of project plans and mobilisation schedules.
  • Managing project governance documentation, including risk registers, action trackers and status reports.
  • Producing reports, dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Assisting with bid and tender activities by reviewing requirements and supporting project planning.
  • Tracking project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Ensuring project documentation is accurate, compliant and delivered on time.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of project management best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in project coordination, PMO, mobilisation or project support roles.
  • Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
  • Experience managing project documentation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance processes.

Qualifications

  • PRINCE2 andAPM PMQ.
  • Understanding of project planning, risk management, change control and project governance.
