ERP & Business System Manager | ER Property Limited

As ERP & Business Systems Manager, you will own the Group’s core business systems across all brands and business units, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its real estate platform at the centre of the technology landscape, alongside connected applications and platforms.

You will act as the key link between the business, internal stakeholders and external technology partners, translating business needs into effective system solutions, managing data and integrations, and driving continuous improvements.

This is a business-facing role focused on systems ownership, integration and vendor management, rather than hands-on coding. You will need sufficient technical understanding to challenge providers on solutions, estimates, scope and integration designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the setup, roadmap and documentation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the real estate systems layer across all group companies.
• Prioritise the change backlog with business stakeholders.
• Act as the key link between Finance, business teams and external consultants.    

• Manage external integrators, vendors and service providers as the main point of contact.
• Monitor service levels, release schedules, escalations and change requests.
• Conduct regular service reviews and ensure agreed service standards are met.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate solution development and testing in production-like sandbox environments.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and approve releases into production.
• Manage integrations between Business Central, POS, access control, payment gateways and mobile applications
• Establish and maintain standards for key master data, including chart of accounts, tenants and leases, property and unit registers, and product catalogues.
• Oversee ETL (data extraction and loading) processes across group companies.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes.
• Support the implementation and adoption of AI capabilities within Business Central and related platforms.    
• Train and support Finance, Leasing and Operations teams.
• Ensure systems accurately support leasing, billing, service charges, VAT, PAYE, TDS and MRA e-invoicing requirements.
• Enforce group policies relating to security, risk and data management.
• Support audit activities and respond to system-related queries.    
• Manage system and technology projects, tracking scope, milestones, deliverables and risks.
• Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
• Review and sign off project deliverables.
• Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare monthly reports for management and the IT Committee
