Gardener - Maintenance - ESP Landscapers Ltd

ESP Landscapers is looking for motivated gardeners to join its team. The gardeners will help maintain beautiful, healthy gardens, lawns and outdoor spaces for our clients, including hotels and resorts across Mauritius, working safely and efficiently and taking pride in the quality of the work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Mow and maintain neat, even lawns, and trim lawn edges for clean, sharp lines
• Apply fertilisers and compost, and aerate the soil for healthy growth
• Remove weeds from lawns and garden beds
• Prune and shape trees, shrubs and hedges
• Fill plant gaps and divide overcrowded plants
• Clear leaves and debris so every area stays clean and tidy
• Check plant health and treat pests and diseases
• Follow and adjust watering schedules

• Keep all tools clean and in good working order
• Wear the ESP uniform and the protective equipment provided
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe workplace

• Clock in and out using the mobile app

Profile & Experience:

• Gardening experience and knowledge of plants and gardening tools (training will be provided)
• Reliable and punctual, with a good attendance record
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Polite, respectful communication with clients, hotel guests and colleagues
• A positive team player who contributes to daily and weekly team goals
