 Implement and configure Sicorax PMS, HR and Employee Self Service (ESS)
solutions for clients.
 Understand client HR processes, guide system setup and train users.
 Plan implementations, track progress, test solutions and follow through on agreed
deliverables.
 Provide timely client support and help improve training and implementation practices.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 A solid HR background and good understanding of HR processes.
 Hands-on experience with performance management systemsm, HR practices and
employee self service workflows.
 Strong communication, client training and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to learn payroll requirements, including ERA, RO, PAYE, MNS and pension
 Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
 Valid driving license
