ACTIVITIES:-

Coordinate technical aspects of construction works, including drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
Coordinate with surveyors, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor project programmes, costs, labour, materials, plant, and site progress.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and quality control activities.
Assist with planning and coordination of labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Support the Site/Construction Manager in programme planning, costing, and overall project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:-

BEng or Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2–4 years of relevant site experience, including at least 2 years as a Trainee Engineer.
Good knowledge of construction methods, civil, wet and finishing trades.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of surveying, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
Ability to coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams.
Good understanding of construction costs, labour, materials, and plant.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Flexible to work outside normal working hours when required.
