Shop Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for driving store performance and delivering excellent customer service. This full-time role offers you the chance to take the lead in a vibrant retail environment.

As a Shop Manager, your responsibilities will encompass managing daily operations, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in motivating and guiding a team to achieve both individual and collective goals.

You will be expected to:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet performance targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to drive profitability.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and reporting

The ideal candidate will have at least a Higher School Certificate (HSC/Bac), and previous experience in retail management is preferred. We value ambition and a positive attitude, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
