Trainee Sales & Events Coordinator

In this role, you will assist in the planning and execution of various sales events, ensuring every detail is meticulously organized. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in event coordination and sales strategies. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering engaging experiences to our clients and partners.

With a minimum educational requirement of a Diploma or Bac +2, you will have the foundational knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities:

Handling client enquiries and follow-ups

Preparing quotations, proposals, and event document

Assisting with weddings, corporate events, and group functions

Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal departments

Assisting with site visits and event preparations

Supporting the team with administrative and sales-related tasks

Providing warm and professional service to clients and guests

Profile:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Well-organized and detail-oriented

Positive, proactive, and eager to learn

Customer-service and sales-oriented

Good command of English; French is an advantage

Previous hospitality or events experience is an advantage but not essential

Diploma/degree in Hospitality, Events, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred
