STORE & LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Store & Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily store, warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate the receiving, storage, handling and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper stock control and accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock movements and conduct regular stock checks.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with drivers and relevant departments.
• Ensure goods are properly stored, handled and secured.
• Supervise and coordinate the store and logistics team.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for stock and logistics activities.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages or operational issues.
• Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are clean, organised and well maintained.
• Perform any other duties related to store and logistics operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in store, warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate, with knowledge of MS Office and/or inventory systems.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driving licence will be an advantage.
