Store & Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

Urban Home is looking for a Store & Logistics Coordinator to support the smooth running of our warehouse and store operations at La Tour Koenig.  

The successful candidate will assist with stock control, receiving and dispatching goods, deliveries, logistics documentation and coordination with suppliers and transporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily warehouse and store operations.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management.
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with transporters and suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and reports.
• Provide administrative support to store and logistics functions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company procedures.
• Work closely with the Store & Logistics Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.

• Good organisational and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage stock and logistics documentation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented and proactive
