🏢 HEAD OF OPERATIONS – EARLY CHILDHOOD 

📝 Description:
Leading the day-to-day operations of an early childhood setting in Mauritius. Managing the operational and administrative teams, and overseeing child safety, compliance, budget follow-up and how families are welcomed. Working closely with senior management and the pedagogical leads to build strong processes that support the business as it grows.

🔍 Requirements:
• Proven experience running or managing operations in a nursery, preschool or network of early-years settings
• Strong team management skills with a hands-on, field-based approach
• Fluency in French and English Mandatory
• Highly organised and process-minded
• Based in Mauritius
