Agriterra is looking for  Trainee – Quality Controller

At Terra Milling Ltd, we produce high-quality specialty sugar products for clients in over 65 countries. Maintaining rigorous international standards across food safety, environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, and occupational health and safety is central to our operational philosophy. We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates or candidates awaiting final results to launch a career in food safety, quality, social, and environmental compliance.

What you will learn and do:

•Gain hands-on exposure to global standards (BRCGS, SMETA, Halal, Kosher).

•Conduct area inspections, quality testing, sampling, and data recording.

•Participate in internal audits, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.

•Monitor equipment calibration and support sustainability & safety initiatives.

•Collaborate across Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to drive improvement.

Who We’re Looking For:

•Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Sustainability Management, or a related field.

•Fresh graduates and candidates awaiting results are encouraged to apply.

•Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

•Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
