As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible to:

Ensure maintenance plans are followed to obtain optimal performance of all machinery and equipment.

• To assist in leading a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to cultivate their professional growth.
•  To conduct regular inspections and diagnosing equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• To assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of assets.
• To ensure  coordination with other departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• To assist in managing budgets and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Bac +2 in a relevant field, demonstrating strong technical skills and a proven track record in maintenance management. We value proactive individuals who are not only problem solvers but also possess excellent leadership and communication abilities.
