As a key player, you will ensure the integrity and accuracy of payroll processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions and other payroll-related information.
  • Ensure accurate processing of new joiners, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments and departures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee records.
  • Prepare payroll reports and relevant management information.
  • Liaise with Finance and People & Culture teams on payroll-related matters.
  • Respond professionally to colleagues' payroll queries and provide appropriate clarification.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour legislation, company policies and payroll procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll data.
  • Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations and statutory submissions.
  • Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in payroll administration, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Good knowledge of payroll procedures, employment legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HR systems.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
