About AW

AW Wong Ltd ("AW") is a well-established company operating in the packaging, biodegradable and compostable products industry.

The role

We are recruiting an IT & Digital Transformation Officer to support the company’s digitalisation projects, implementation of AI solutions and day-to-day IT requirements. The successful candidate is not expected to be an expert in every technology from day one. Strong fundamentals, learning ability and a collaborative approach are central to this role.

Main responsibilities

• Analyse and document existing business processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.
• Document systems, procedures, changes and digitalisation projects.
• Assist with the evaluation, selection and implementation of ERP, CRM, AI and workflow automation solutions.
• Test AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, security and suitability before deployment.
• Coordinate with software providers, consultants and other external IT partners.
• Provide basic IT support for computers, printers, networks, email accounts and business software.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, backups and basic cybersecurity measures.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, software licences and subscriptions.
• Train employees in the use of new systems, AI tools and digital processes after receiving appropriate training.

Candidate profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Approximately 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in IT, data reporting, business systems or a related environment.
• Career level: Junior professional.
• Understanding of AI agents.
• Understanding of Windows Server.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems would be an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and general IT support.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal users and external providers.
• Degree holders with no experience and Diploma holders with HSC and with at least one year of relevant experience, may also apply
