English Customer Service Representatives (Email, Chat & Work from home)

We are looking for English Customer Service Representatives (Email, Chat & WFH) with the following requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Min School Certificate with experience in customer service environment

2. Ready to work on weekends, public holidays and night shift (NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE)

3. Good typing skills and ability to multitask

4. Self motivated, positive attitude and customer-focused

5. Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment as well as proactive

6. Excellent written English is a must

7. Hardworking with a ‘’Can Do’’ attitude

8. Having a computer/laptop with minimum 4GB memory/ Core i3 processor, with a RELIABLE internet connection can be an advantage.

9. Previous customer service experience in BPO/Call center environment will be a plus

WORKING HOURS: Shift Rotation

08:00 - 17:00

17:00 - 02:00

13:00 - 22:00
