We are a five Star resort based at Bel Ombre, the SO Sofitel.

We are looking for our next STAR, an experienced Reservation Officer to act in our Reservation Department

He/She main duty among others

• Will assist the Reservation Manager in his/her duties
• Will work closely with the Sales Department of our resort
• Will liaise with the Front Office for room reservation
• Will allocate guests as per their wishes to the respective room categories and availability
• Will assist the sales manager for preparing documents for international fairs to promote our resort
• Will assist the department for all FAM tour/DMC visit in our resort
