🎯 Your Mission

As our Warehouse Operations Manager, you will lead warehouse operations to ensure product availability, operational excellence, and a safe working environment while supporting the growth of Ensport Limited

You will optimize logistics flows, and ensure our stores and customers receive the right products at the right time.

You will manage the partnership with our logistics service provider to deliver operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service level performance.

📦 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations with our Logistics Partner at the warehouse and ensure smooth stock flow.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage capacity.
• Improve productivity, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize stock shrinkage.
• Optimize transport operations and truck utilization between the warehouse and stores.
• Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teammates.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support Decathlon's sustainability objectives through responsible warehouse practices.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations management.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or Supply Chain environments is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence.
