Client Relationship Officer

The Client Relationship Officer provides a seamless client experience by supporting sales activities, facilitating application processing, and ensuring compliance with credit policies.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Convert enquiries into applications and support cross-selling opportunities
• Manage cash transactions with precision, maintaining accountability and adherence to company procedures
• Ensure operational excellence in the delivery of services and actively participate in the development of the business with new ideas
• Proactively engage clients to identify needs and promote suitable HP & Loan solutions

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Strong communication and influencing skills
• HSC level
• Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Customer-centric with strong relationship-building skills
• High level of integrity and compliance awareness Experience in financial services, sales, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage Ability to work on shift system
