Join Groupe Saint Aubin as a dedicated Lorry Driver, where you will play a vital role in supporting our logistics, transportation, and distribution operations. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods between our facilities, customers, and designated locations.

This full-time position is ideal for individuals who are responsible, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating and driving lorries to transport goods to designated locations.
• Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading goods in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections and reporting any mechanical or safety issues.
• Ensuring that goods are properly secured during transportation to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintaining accurate delivery records, trip sheets, and other required documentation.
• Following assigned delivery schedules and ensuring timely completion of routes.
• Assisting with loading and unloading activities when required.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Complying with all road traffic regulations, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors, colleagues, customers, and other relevant parties.
• Reporting accidents, delays, vehicle defects, or delivery issues promptly to management.

Skills & Qualifications required:

• A valid driver's licence appropriate for operating a lorry/heavy vehicle.
• Previous experience as a lorry or heavy-vehicle driver will be an advantage.
• A clean and responsible driving record.
• Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.
