Quality Control Inspector

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to approved procedures and specifications
• Inspect raw materials, components, balloons, in-process products, and finished medical devices
• Accurately complete inspection records, test reports, and related documentation
• Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming products or materials
• Escalate critical quality issues and deviations promptly
• Use inspection and testing equipment correctly and verify calibration status before use
• Follow Cleanroom, GMP, gowning, hygiene, and safety requirements
• Support Engineering and Production with inspection and testing activities when required

Key Qualifications and Skills

• HSC qualification
• Previous experience in Quality Control, inspection, or manufacturing is preferred
• Basic knowledge of inspection methods and measuring instruments
• Ability to follow procedures, test methods, and work instructions accurately
• High attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a Cleanroom and follow GMP requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Level: HSC
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Control within a regulated manufacturing environment would be an advantage
• Junior candidates and fresh graduates may also be considered based on relevant academic background and technical ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
