Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and assembly operations according to procedures
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality
• Inspect products and report defects or abnormalities
• Handle materials, components, tools, and equipment with care
• Complete production documentation and DHR records accurately
• Follow GMP, GDP, Cleanroom, PPE, and gowning requirements
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and audit-ready

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly would be an advantage
• Basic understanding of quality and compliance requirements
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Good manual dexterity and hands-on capability
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a Cleanroom environment
• Educational Level: SC
• Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment would be an advantage
