Replenishment Planner – Purchasing Department

We are looking for a Replenishment Planner to join our Purchasing Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and validate store replenishment orders.
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock from the warehouse to stores.
• Monitor store availability and identify stock shortages.
• Identify and analyse root causes of store stockouts.
• Maintain and adjust store stock parameters, including minimum/maximum levels and reorder points.
• Ensure stock parameters reflect sales patterns, seasonality and promotional activities.
• Allocate limited stock across stores based on business priorities.
• Manage stock prioritisation during supply constraints or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate and reliable replenishment settings in the ERP system.
• Monitor stock levels and anticipate future requirements to ensure product availability.
• Track supplies and place replenishment orders when required.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and communicate inventory-related issues to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of store replenishment processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
