Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle Employee Relations (ER) matters, including preparation and issuance of warning letters, disciplinary actions and related documentation.
- Assist in and conduct disciplinary committees, ensuring that disciplinary procedures are properly documented and followed.
- Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR and employee relations matters.
- Participate in off-site recruitment drives at various locations, including malls, food courts, airports and other designated recruitment sites.
- Be willing and able to travel to different recruitment locations as required to support the recruitment of operational staff, particularly Cleaners.
- Drive the company vehicle to and from recruitment sites and ensure that recruitment activities are properly coordinated.
- Take full responsibility for expatriate management, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, coordination of expatriate-related matters and regular visits to expatriate dormitories to monitor living conditions and address employee concerns.
- Perform
any other HR-related duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with hands-on experience in Employee Relations and recruitment.
- Previous experience in Employee Relations is essential, including experience in warning letters, disciplinary procedures and/or disciplinary committees.
- Previous experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Valid driving licence is compulsory, with the ability and willingness to drive the company's vehicle to different recruitment sites.
- Experience in expatriate management will be an advantage but is not compulsory.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment practices and Industrial Relations (IR) and Employment Rights Act (ERA).
- Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Autonomous, proactive, well-organised and results-oriented.
