(MAU) Implementation Consultant - Night Shift

About the opportunity -  4:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Mauritius time)

As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll work in a project-based environment supporting customers throughout the Dayforce implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and configure effective solutions. This opportunity is suited to someone with previous consulting or implementation experience who is looking to further develop their technical and customer-facing expertise.

What you'll actually be doing

• Participate in customer requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into appropriate system configurations and solutions.
• Support implementation projects through configuration, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to investigate issues, provide guidance, and support successful project delivery.
• Apply technical knowledge, including SQL and XML, to support troubleshooting, integrations, and implementation activities.
• Take ownership of project deliverables while remaining flexible to support customer support-oriented responsibilities within the team when required.

Skills and experiences we value

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a basic understanding of SQL and XML.
• Knowledge or experience with timesheet, timekeeping, workforce management software, and related processes or system logic would be valuable.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills; bilingual capability would be an advantage.
• Exposure to networking concepts, including switches, ports/porting, connectivity, or related troubleshooting, would be advantageous.

Working arrangements

• Night Shift — 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Mauritius time), aligned with North American business hours.
• Candidates should be comfortable working occasional weekends during critical project activities, particularly customer go-lives.
• Flexibility is important, as the role may involve taking on customer support-oriented responsibilities based on team and business requirements.
