Job Description
JOB ROLE:
Provide Leadership for all aspects of the Distillery with an emphasis on long-term objectives, growth, profitability and return on investment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the CEO – Agro-Industry & Energy in:
- Leading the development of the Distillery Business Unit (BU) short and long-term strategy and ensure its alignment with short and long-term objectives.
- Board Reporting and Key Stakeholder Management.
- Manage the overall operations and resources of the Distillery Business Unit (BU).
- Manage the financial performance of the operations in alignment with the objectives.
- Ensure the Business Unit (BU) compliance with applicable legislation, regulation, policies and procedures.
- Comply with Omnicane Code of Ethics, Policies, Rules and Regulations.
- Comply with Safety and Health requirements prevailing on the premises and guiding principles of all certifications obtained.
PROFILE:
- 8-10 years of experience in General Management and Leadership Roles.
- Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in Profit Centre Management and International Environments.
- Strong Leadership and People Skills.
- Strong Interaction and Communication Skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
