Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build customized flight routes, hotel options, and full holiday packages based on qualified sales briefs, while researching competitor pricing to maintain market competitiveness.
- Source competitive wholesale rates for travel insurance, airport transfers, lounge access, and ancillary services, ensuring quotation pricing strictly adheres to standard margin policies.
- Handle airline ticket issuance, re-issuance, refunds, and exchanges via airline portals and GDS, ensuring accurate fare calculations and compliance with airline policies.
- Manage seat reservations, special service requests (SSR), itinerary changes, travel documentation requirements, and group bookings with fare negotiations.
- Promote airline routes, schedules, and fare offers to travel agents, corporates, and direct customers while upselling ancillary services and handling walk-in client invoicing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-producing agents by visiting or calling them weekly, and provide training or updates on airline systems, promotions, and policies.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports for management and GSA, monitor market trends, and assist in promotional events, roadshows, or marketing campaigns.
- Hand over confirmed booking files with complete guest documentation to the relevant team members and respond promptly to passenger inquiries and complaints.
