Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive customer experiences
• Promote, sell, and cross-sell CIM Finance products responsibly
  
• Process and follow up on customer applications and agreements accurately and efficiently
  
• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  
• Manage cash and related transactions in line with company procedures
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  
• Contribute to business growth by generating sales opportunities and referrals

Profile

• Minimum SC qualification
  
• Previous customer service or sales experience would be an advantage
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good organisational and administrative abilities
  
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent service standards
  
• Professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
