Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the nursing team.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Assist with assessments, care planning, and evaluation of patient care.
• Support and guide junior staff, healthcare assistants, and students.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development activities.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.

Requirements: 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work on shifts as per roster including Weekends and Public Holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
