Audit Associate

Responsibilities:

• Exercise alertness and diligence in carrying out and completing assigned tasks.
• Exercise professional skepticism.
• Prepare audit documentation appropriately to support the work performed.
• Inform the in-charge accountant promptly of problems encountered.
• Provide explanations and on-the-job training to assistants with less experience.
• Maintain a good working relationship with the client.

Candidate Profile:

• Studying for a professional qualification like ACCA or ACA.
• Fluency in both English & French.
• Knowledge of IFRS and ISA’s.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
• The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail and display enthusiasm.
• Prior work experience in auditing would be an advantage.
