Job Description

Drymix Ltd, a member of the UBP Group, is seeking to recruit a proactive, organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join its Human Resources Team.  Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day administration and coordination of HR activities, ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, including job advertising, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks and induction programmes.
  • Providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including probation management, transfers, promotions and offboarding processes.
  • Assisting with payroll and time & attendance administration while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee records within HR systems.
  • Maintaining employee records, HR documentation and personnel files in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Supporting learning and development initiatives, including training administration, HRDC/MQA documentation and training reporting.
  • Coordinating employee welfare, engagement activities, surveys and other HR initiatives.
  • Preparing HR correspondence, employment-related documentation and reports in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitoring HR metrics and assisting in the preparation of HR dashboards, reports and management presentations.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures and applicable employment legislation.
  • Supporting Health, Safety and Well-being initiatives and contributing to a positive work environment.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in HR administration, payroll administration or a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment would be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of HR administration practices and payroll processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, reliable and service-oriented, with a strong team spirit.
