Job Description
Our client is seeking to recruit a highly motivated reliable and trustworthy Brand Executive who will work closely with current team in place and who will report to the Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the brand / product portfolio through thorough brand sales analysis and growth strategies across all distribution channels.
- Implement and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand equity and sustain profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and support business improvement.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, trade marketing activities and other ATL/BTL initiatives.
- Ensure product availability through effective stock management, supplier negotiations and procurement planning.
- Develop and deliver product training to sales teams, business partners and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze sales, stock and brand performance reports, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with trade channels to implement promotional mechanisms, in-store activations and merchandising initiatives.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, social media activities and content development where required.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and conduct regular business reviews to achieve brand objectives.
Profile:
- Minimum a Degree in Marketing or any other related field.
- At least 3 years experience in Brand/Sales environment.
- Prior exposure to FMCG sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market and sales data.
- Self-driven and autonomous with strong negotiating and persuasive skills.
- Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Willingness to support regional business development initiatives.
- Holder of a valid driving license.
