HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air-conditioning and ventilation systems
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC faults and breakdowns
• Monitor the performance and condition of air-conditioning systems
• Perform cleaning, servicing, and replacement of HVAC components
• Ensure HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently
• Maintain proper records of inspections, servicing, and repairs
• Work closely with the Maintenance and Operations teams

Requirements:

• Experience as an HVAC or air-conditioning technician
• Good knowledge of air-conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
• Knowledge of safe handling and maintenance procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor operational environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant technical qualifications or certification is an advantage
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or commercial environments is an advantage
