Job Description

Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives.

•Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

•Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

•Manage the brand portfolio, product assortment, and pricing strategy.

•Monitor budgets, forecasts and profitability to ensure commercial success.

•Collaborate with Sales, Retail, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, agencies, and business partners.

•Ensure consistent brand positioning and execution across all customer touchpoints.

•Prepare performance reports and recommend actions to improve business results.

•Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning to ensure product availability.

•Ensure consistent brand positioning, merchandising, and customer experience across all touchpoints.

•Track key business KPIs and prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.

Education/Competence:

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

•Previous experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a similar commercial role.

•Sound understanding of brand development, consumer behaviour, and market trends.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and financial data.

•Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.

•Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

•Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

•Results-oriented, commercially driven, and able to work collaboratively across teams
