QSE Specialist

Key/Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Management System (based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
• Collaborate with each responsible to implement and review of procedures, forms and work instructions.
• Monitor the implementation of Action Plan following internal and external audits.
• Participate actively during internal audit and external audits (Both certification and Surveillance Audits).
• Conduct the Review of the management system documentation after the implementation phase.
• Drive the implementation and maintenance of HACCP.
• Drafting of procedures, forms and work instructions.
• Conduct the Review of the management system documentation after the implementation phase.

• Organise and conduct Training and Awareness sessions on QSE implementation and maintenance within the organisation.
• Participate actively in Management Review Meeting (QSE implementation) on a pre-determined basis.
• Monitor Quality Control Inspection and record of non-conform products.
• Drive the Waste Segregation mission including awareness sessions to all stakeholders.

Education and Competences

• Chemical Engineering, BSC Food Science and Technology or any other relevant qualification.
• At least 3 years of work experience (including industrial training).
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Diligent and Hard-working.
• Proficient in MS Office/Project.
• Sustainability conscious, focus and approach.
• Attention to details.
• Be a good pedagogue.
