Quality Coordinator

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure that all the family members of the hotel are well versed with the quality systems of the hotel.
• Identify training needs with regards to quality systems, liase with Head of Departments and communicate to the HR Manager for follow up 
• Maintain the documentation (policies, standard operating procedures), and records of the quality system of the hotel.

• Ensure that the performance of the quality systems is reviews at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.

• Responsible for ensuring their hotel’s products and services are the highest quality.

• Conduct data analysis of the different systems for continual improvement.

• To conduct any other cognate duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A minimum educational qualification of HSC/Bac.
• Experience in quality assurance or control within the food, beverage, or catering sectors is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
