Marketing and Events Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our team! 

List of Duties

• Plan and coordinate marketing activities and events.
• Assist with event setup, branding, logistics & breakdown
• Be present and hands-on on the ground during events
• Organise product launches, tastings and promotions.
• Prepare event materials, locations and logistics.
• Contact and coordinate with sponsors and event partners.
• Introduce products to clients and promote sales.
• Take photos and videos during events and activities.
• Ensure everything runs smoothly before, during & after events
• Post photos, videos and marketing content on all social media platforms.
• Work closely with the graphic designer.
• Work closely with sponsored athletes and arrange regular photos and videos.
• Visit stores and check product displays and stock availability.
• Coordinate with sales teams and ensure proper product presentation.
• Monitor marketing activities and customer reactions.
• Prepare event reports, including costs, attendance and results.
• Suggest new marketing ideas and activities.
• Assist with other marketing and event-related duties when required.
• Be flexible to work weekends, public holidays and outside normal working hours for events when required
