Business Intelligence Developer

The Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for identification, data transformation, development and maintenance of business intelligence products (reports, dashboards).

Key outputs and responsibilities:

1.Designing Business Intelligence reports, dashboards as per the needs of the organization

2.ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process for reports / dashboards

3.Delivering reports / dashboards efficient and easily understandable tools

4.Monitoring and maintaining BI post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations

5.Documenting the BI procedures

6.Monitors and operates live solutions

7.Provides overview on operations through controlling tools

8.Supports business in troubleshooting and fixes

9.Suggests solutions leading to BI improvements of current and future products

Qualifications and Behavioral Competencies

•Undergraduate degree in computer science, software engineering or other IT related field.

•Good understanding on ( Power BI, SAP, SQL, etc)

•Ability to conceptualize business impact focused analytics

•Communicating effectively by conveying information and ideas in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding; solicit inputs and provide open candid conversations.

•Establishing collaborative working relationships

•Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
