Junior Business Analyst & Product Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst & Product Specialist to join our team and support business improvement, systems implementation, project activities, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and assist in translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Engage with business units to identify opportunities for process and systems improvement.
• Assist in implementing practical solutions to improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and business performance.
• Provide systems and application support, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Assist with technical project planning, monitoring, and stakeholder updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and specialist resources.
• Provide user guidance and training where required.
• Identify operational issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, MS Policies Register, and related standards.
• Perform any additional duties delegated by the HOD.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Business Analysis and industry-related environments.
• Experience in software development environments and systems implementation projects.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, systems improvement, and project support.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Understanding of .NET and PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of software testing, deployment, and systems support.
• Understanding of business processes and systems integration.
• Knowledge of data protection requirements and relevant legislation/regulations.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, organisation, and project administration skills.
• Strong problem-solving, innovation, change management, and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Good to have: Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and governance frameworks.
