Job purpose:

To ensure the smooth execution of sea export operations by managing documentation, coordinating with carriers and customers, and maintaining compliance with international shipping regulations. The role supports timely and cost-effective movement of goods while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Create booking & billings (Receivables & payables) on freight forwarding software
• Create bill of entry via MNS
• Advise shipper of vessel cut off /closing
• Request IDG/Export documents from shipper, including approved bill of entry
• Provide documents to customs pool for preparation of Dvs & other required certificates.
• Ensure that supplier’s invoices are received / checked on a timely basis and processed to finance.
• Update transhipment to customers & overseas agent

Job requirements

• Knowledge of the sea export operation process would be an advantage
• HSC with at least 2 years of experience
• Well versed with Excel spreadsheets, using vlookup and pivot tables 
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Have a strong work ethic 
• Be problem-solving and customer service oriented
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Attention to details
• Holding of a clean Driving License
