In this strategic role, you will drive the redesign of business processes across the organisation, champion digital transformation, and help shape the future operating model. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will turn complex challenges into streamlined, scalable solutions that fuel growth, productivity, and operational excellence.
Responsibility
- Lead and drive the organisation's business process re-engineering and automation agenda.
- Analyse, redesign, and optimise end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
- Identify and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Champion process simplification, standardisation, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Drive automation and digitalisation opportunities to create scalable, future-ready processes.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Re-Engineering methodologies to deliver measurable business value. - Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and service standards to monitor and sustain improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to successfully implement change initiatives.
- Manage change, communication, training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
- Provide strategic insights and progress updates to senior leadership and executive committees.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- 5 to 10 years' experience in business process re-engineering, ideally within financial services.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process transformation and automation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPR methodologies, workflow tools, and RPA technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proven leadership capability with experience coaching and developing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive change with confidence and autonomy.
