C-Care International, part of the healthcare cluster of CIEL Group, is a Mauritian private healthcare group that owns and operates four healthcare facilities in Mauritius, namely C-Care Darné, Wellkin, Grand-Baie and Tamarin, and two hospitals in Uganda, C-Care IHK and IMC. C-Care also owns and manages 22 primary care Clinics and 55 C-Lab collection centres in Mauritius, Uganda, and Madagascar.

| Operational Excellence Analyst C-Care Training Institute
Reporting to the Head of C-Care Training Institute, the selected candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, process improvement, data quality, digitalisation and continuous improvement across the C-Care Training Institute (CCTI). The role ensures that training operations, systems, learner administration, reporting and workflows are efficient, accurate, scalable and audit-ready. The incumbent supports the smooth delivery of training programmes through effective Learning Management System (LMS) administration, learner records management, reporting analytics, enrolment support, and coordination of corporate and student training activities. The role also contributes to continuous improvement, digitalisation, and operational excellence initiatives that strengthen the growth and reputation of CCTI.
What you will be doing:
- Act as primary administrator for LMS and training systems used by CCTI.
- Maintain accurate learner records, course catalogues, attendance, assessments, and certification data.
- Ensure structured naming conventions and data governance standards are applied.
- Monitor timely data entry by trainers and programme teams.
- Liaise with IT and system vendors for troubleshooting, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on enrolment, attendance, completion, compliance, utilisation, and learner outcomes.
- Support development of dashboards and automated reporting tools.
- Ensure timely submission of management reports and audit data.
- Analyse trends and provide operational insights to improve decision-making.
- Map and analyse CCTI processes to identify inefficiencies, duplication, delays and control gaps.
- Apply continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies to improve efficiency, quality and customer experience.
- Develop and track improvement initiatives, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Establish process KPIs and monitor the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Support automation of enrolment, attendance tracking, evaluations, certificates, and learner communications.
- Recommend improvements to workflow and reporting systems.
- Maintain SOPs for systems and training administration processes.
- Support standardisation of reporting processes across geographies where applicable.
- Liaise with MQA and HRDC for course approvals and training refunds.
- Support programme teams in ensuring LMS data aligns with actual delivery schedules.
- Validate attendance uploads, learner status, and completion records.
- Coordinate issuance of certificates and learner documentation.
- Support compliance tracking for mandatory and scheduled training.
- Support the management of prospective student and corporate client enquiries.
- Track applications, quotations, enrolments and booking confirmations.
- Maintain student and corporate training pipelines and provide visibility through regular reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve the enquiry-to-enrolment and client booking processes.
- Coordinate with Marketing and programme teams to improve programme visibility and customer experience.
- Provide support for students, trainers, and internal users on LMS and systems queries.
- Resolve administrative issues relating to registration, attendance, certificates, and learner records.
- Train internal users on systems processes and data standards.
- Develop user guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs) where needed.
- Ensure learner and training records remain audit-ready at all times.
- Support internal and external audits (e.g. CHKS, MQA, HRDC, regulatory bodies).
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with Quality, HR, Finance, and programme teams to meet audit requirements.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Human Resources, Education Administration or related field. Preferred: Certification in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement or Quality Management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma or equivalent).
- 3–5 years experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality management, business process improvement, business analysis, systems administration or a related field.
- Experience in L&D, education, healthcare or a regulated environment would be an advantage.
