At CIM Finance, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient and reliable financial services. We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Assistant Level 1 - Cards Operations to join our Cards team.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our cards business by ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and within agreed service levels. You will work closely with internal and external customers, handle enquiries, support transaction-related processes, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Process and complete cards-related operational tasks accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure compliance with Cards Operations policies, procedures, controls, and confidentiality requirements.
- Provide professional and timely support to internal and external customers.
- Manage customer enquiries and service requests while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as required.
- Escalate, report, and track customer complaints in line with established processes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of CIM Finance cards and payments products and services.
- Develop expertise in operational systems and tools, including card management platforms and digital workflows.
- Provide clear information and guidance on transactions, operational processes, and related enquiries.
Candidate Profile
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in card operations, transaction processing, customer service, banking, financial services, or a similar operational environment would be an advantage.
- Experience within the banking or financial services sector is desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
