Key Responsibilities

Verify and inspect all incoming, outgoing, returned, and transferred stock to ensure quantity accuracy and compliance with procedures.

Perform physical stock counts and reconcile deliveries against packing slips, pick lists, loading manifests, and other supporting documents.

Record and maintain accurate inventory, receiving, transfer, and dispatch documentation.

Identify, report, and follow up on stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and documentation errors.

Operate RF scanning equipment and support accurate system transactions.

Monitor and control the receipt, transfer, and return of CO₂ cylinders, empties, equipment, and imported products.

Coordinate with Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Transport, and Sales teams to ensure smooth stock movements.

Verify container numbers, seals, and quantities during container loading and unloading operations.

Conduct first and second load checks to ensure delivery orders are accurate and complete.

Ensure pallets, stock, and equipment are properly labelled, loaded, secured, and dispatched.

Maintain inventory accuracy by complying with stock control, safety, and warehouse operating procedures.

Prepare and submit stock control reports, summaries, and supporting documentation in a timely manner.
