As a pivotal member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the payroll processes and benefits administration for employees across our group. Your expertise will ensure that we maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies while fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Your role will include:

• Overseeing payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Collaborating with HR partners to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through competitive benefit offerings.
• Providing guidance and support on payroll-related inquiries and resolving discrepancies efficiently.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree or Licence Bac +3 in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
