Job Description

 Purpose: 

 The Logistics Assistant will support the Operations Department in its daily activities. The primary responsibility of the role will be to coordinate and carry out the delivery of goods to our customers. 

 Responsibilities: 

 • Assist the Operations Team with their daily tasks. 
 • Assist in the preparation of relevant documentation for freight import and export shipments. 
 • Respond to customer requests and queries. 
 • Prepare daily delivery plans in coordination with the Air and Sea Freight Operations Teams. 
 • Liaise with various local and overseas stakeholders to ensure seamless service. 
 • Ensure the delivery of goods to customers as per the planned schedule. 
 • Drive the Company delivery truck for the delivery and collection of goods. 
 • Provide support and assistance to other departments within the Group. 

 Requirements: 

 • Valid driving license for a private car/van with manual transmission. 
 • Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is desirable. 
 • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 
 • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers. 
 • Fluency in English and French. 
 • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
