Job Overview
Friedelsheim Ltd.is looking for a dynamic Stock Controller for the efficient management of inventory and supplies within the company.
Key Duties:
- Perform timely stock counts at the warehouse, store and our retail outlets.
- Ensure that inventories are held and managed effectively.
- Process daily adjustment request within the time frame on ERP system.
- Perform any specific Inventory audit requested by Management.
- Ensure proper running of the Inventory Management System.
- Effectively manage a team for perpetual/spot stock count.
- Prepare reports analysis on stock movements.
- Coordinate stock control operations with warehouse and store staff, as well as the Sales and Finance teams.
- Implement and maintain internal control procedures relating to stock.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum ACCA Level 1 or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain management or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in related field, preferably in the Distribution sector or a fast-growing

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of stock controls
- Hands-on experience in MS Office
- Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
